Sue Tunmore

I’m a HR Director at the Co-op, based at Angel Square in Manchester, where I work with many of the head office teams including membership; marketing; finance; HR; IT and Digital. It’s an exciting time to be part of the Co-op following the re-launch of our new brand and membership offer, and Co-op colleagues are committed to championing a better way of doing business in the communities we serve.

Finding a better way and seeking to improve life chances are commitments that I take with me into my role as a Co-op nominated Governor. I know it is well matched by the passion and energy I have already seen by those involved in CAS. I’m delighted to have joined the team in June 2016 and look forward to supporting the Academy for many years ahead. I chair the Finance and Operations Committee and will also support the Student Wellbeing Committee.  I’m keen to play my part in supporting all involved with the Academy to reach their full potential and ensure we provide a safe, enjoyable and positive learning environment for students and staff.
