As part of the Safeguarding team, you will support the DSL in taking responsibility for safeguarding and child protection across the Academy. They will initiate children’s services referrals, participate in strategy discussions and attend inter-agency meetings. The safeguarding officer will continually assess the context of children in order to keep them safe.
