Admissions

Applications for places at the Academy should be made online, via The Local Authority Admissions Application Form.

To complete this form you will require the unique pupil number found on the letter from the Local Authority which you would have received if your child is currently in Year 6. Co-op Academy Stoke-on-Trent will consider all applications for places.

In the event of the school being over-subscribed, we will consider all applications against our admissions policy.

In-Year Admissions

We also accept applications halfway through the academic year, from a variety of year groups. If you are considering applying to the school you can speak to reception on 01782 882300, email stok-academy@coopacademies.co.ukor call in at the Academy and ask to speak to Mrs. Broadhurst.

Alternatively, for any more information about admissions or assistance in completing the Admissions Form please contact the Academy office on 01782 882 300 or call in to see us.

Appeals

If you have not been offered a place at Co-op Academy Stoke-on-Trent, the law entitles you to appeal against that decision to an Independent Appeal Panel. This panel is completely independent of the Academy and the Local Authority. If you wish to appeal please contact Local Authority Admissions on 01782 237856 and a form will be sent to you.
