Admissions
Applications for places at the Academy should be made online, via The Local Authority Admissions Application Form.
To complete this form you will require the unique pupil number found on the letter from the Local Authority which you would have received if your child is currently in Year 6. Co-op Academy Stoke-on-Trent will consider all applications for places.
In the event of the school being over-subscribed, we will consider all applications against our admissions policy.
